How do I place on order?

You may order directly from this web site by clicking the "Add to Cart" button next to any item you wish to purchase. Each item you choose will be added to your "Shopping Cart," which can be viewed at any time during your visit by clicking on the “Shopping Cart” link at the top or bottom of the site. Payment is required before any order is shipped. You must use a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) to order on-line. Credit cards are not charged until your merchandise is ready to be shipped.   All prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Free Shipping Offer:

Free shipping is offered on U.S. domestic orders of two items or more being shipped to one address.  Shipping is provided via USPS ground service and typically takes 8-10 days from the ship date to arrive.  It is not a fully trackable service and exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed.  This offer is subject to change at any time without notice.  Not valid for international orders.  

How do I change my order?

Your order can be changed before you finish the checkout process.

To change your order, follow these steps:

1.Click on the "Update Quantity" link inside the shopping cart box on the right side of the page.

2.If you want to change the number of items, simply enter the new number of items in the field and click on the "Update" link.

3.If you want to remove an item, enter “0” for the quantity and click on the "Update" link.

4.Click on the "Continue Shopping" link to pick another item or click on the "Checkout" button to proceed with your order.

What if I’m a retailer or non-profit organization?

We offer wholesale pricing to retailers and special pricing to select non-profit organizations who wish to offer our titles as fundraising incentive gifts.  We reserve the right to approve or decline retailers, organizations or other entities at our sole discretion in the event you do not meet local, state or federal requirements and/or Sacred Earth Pictures’ policies, terms or conditions. What if I prefer to order by phone or mail?

If prefer to order by phone, you may call Toll-Free between 9am – 5pm PDT, Monday thru Friday to our  Customer Service number at  1-800-731-7471 from anywhere in the continental U.S. with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover).  Orders By Mail: Any order can be mailed to us. Payment can be sent by check, money order or credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). DO NOT SEND CASH. All foreign payments must be in U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. Bank (we suggest international money orders). Be sure to include correct shipping charges with your order (see Shipping Charges below for appropriate charges). Personal checks may delay orders for up to two weeks.  Returned checks are subject to a $40.00 processing fee.

Washington State Residents:

If ordering by mail, be sure to include the correct Sales Tax for your county and municipality. Tax rate subject to change according to state or local laws.

Delivery Time:

Most in-stock orders placed before 11am PDT, Monday thru Friday are shipped on the same day excluding holidays and weekends. Transit time to your location must then be added based on method of shipment (see shipping charges below). Backordered items may take up to six weeks.  Not all shipping methods provide tracking.  Delivery times are not guaranteed if you choose non-trackable shipping methods.  Average delivery time based on order volume and distance from Seattle, Washington. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Out of Stock Items:

Items shown on our website are continually updated, but may not represent current inventory at all times.  Due to circumstances beyond our control some items may show “In Stock” when they are not.  Out of stock items are generally available within one week, if not sooner. 

Questions About an Order:

For fastest response, we recommend that any questions regarding orders already placed be phoned in to our Customer Service Department directly between 9 am and 5 pm Pacific US time Monday to Friday at 1-800-731-7471. Sorry, we cannot accept collect calls. Customers outside of the U.S. call 360-221-7041. If you would prefer an answer by e-mail you may e-mail us at help@sacredearthpictures.com  Please include your name, order number (if applicable), address and approximate time of your order in your e-mail.

Foreign Shipments:

When shipment is made to countries other than the U.S., payment may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). We offer fully trackable shipping methods to insure delivery on foreign shipments.  Delivery guarantee is based on the policies of the shipping company you select for your order.  Customer is responsible for all tariffs imposed by importing country.  ALL DVD’s AVAILABLE IN NTSC ONLY.

Shipping and Handling Charges:

We offer a variety of shipping options for you to choose from, which include a 10% shipping and handling surcharge.   An additional .99 cent Handling Fee is assessed for each item ordered unless otherwise specified.  Shipments to Post Office Boxes are sent by U.S. Mail only.  All rates are subject to change at any time.  Please check the desired method of shipment during the checkout process.

Mailing List:

Sacred Earth Pictures maintains a discrete mailing list for our online and off-line customer bases. When a consumer joins, we add their name to our mailing list to receive monthly newsletters, coupons and other special offers, which give additional information about our products.

Sacred Earth Pictures does not share your e-mail address with any outside companies. We use your e-mail address to contact you regarding orders placed and inform you of any special promotions we may be having.  You may unsubscribe at anytime by following the “Unsubscribe” link in our mailings.

Video Movie Guarantee:

If you should receive a DVD, Blu-ray or CD that is defective or improperly manufactured, return it to us with a copy of the invoice and an explanation of the defect within 30 days and it will be replaced with an acceptable copy of the same title. DVD’s are not exchangeable. Sacred Earth Pictures, LLC reserves the right to impose a restocking fee on titles returned that are not defective.

Rights on DVD, Blu-ray, CD Soundtrack and Downloads:

All programs are licensed for home and non-theatrical use only. Broadcast in any form and duplication are prohibited without permission. All prices, taxes and shipping & handling charges subject to change without notice. Sacred Earth Pictures, LLC is not responsible for typographical errors. All offers void where prohibited by law.
